Cheese

Farm Country Cheese House has been producing cheese the same way for the past 30+ years. Local Amish communities supply all of the milk and most of the labor for all the homemade cheese. The cows which produce the milk are grass fed and antibiotic and horomone free. The farmers milk the cows twice a day by hand.
